My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff, particularly at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, though they did show signs of wear and tear. The dining options left a bit to be desired, especially the breakfast. The facilities like the pool and gym felt outdated and could use some TLC.
